Hemken Construction is owned and run by Sam Hemken. The person who quotes your project is the person who builds it, and the crew you meet on day one is the crew that is there on the last day.
We are local to Pensacola, Pace, and Milton. We tell you what a job will cost, what could change it, and when we will be done. Then we do that.

Backing Pensacola's military community
Pensacola is a military town, and a good share of our work is for the people who serve here. Hemken Construction is registered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs under Builder ID 13184, and we take on new builds, renovations, and home adaptations for active service members and veterans, including work funded through VA programs.
Worth saying plainly: that is a registration, not an endorsement. The VA does not rate a builder's work and is not a party to your contract. So do what you would do with anyone: check the Florida license, ask for the certificate of insurance, and call the references. We will hand you all three.
