We build new homes and residential additions the way we build everything else: with the owner on site and the same standard on the framing you will never see as on the trim you will look at every day.
If you have a lot and a plan, or an idea and a budget, we can talk through what is realistic and how to get there.

How it works
- Call or send the form. Tell us what you are planning. We reply within one business day.
- On-site visit. We look at the space, take measurements, and talk through options and budget. No charge.
- Written quote. A clear scope and price you can read. We answer questions before you sign anything.
- We build it. Owner on site, daily cleanup, and a call if anything changes. Done when you are happy with it.

Yes. Send them over and we will review them, flag anything that will cost more than it should, and quote from there.
It depends on size, permitting, and weather. We give you a realistic schedule before you sign, and we tell you when it changes rather than letting you find out.
