Our approach
Hurricane Isaias put trees through roofs all over Pensacola. When one lands on a house, the damage rarely stops at the roof.
We rebuild what sits under it and inside: the framing, the ceilings, the walls, the siding and the floors. The new roof goes on through the roofers we use often, so the whole repair runs through one contractor.
What's included
- Damaged framing and roof trusses rebuilt
- A new roof, put on by the roofers we work with
- Ceilings and drywall replaced, with the texture matched
- Siding, soffit, fascia and exterior trim repaired
- Rot repair and sheathing replacement
- Water-damaged floors taken up and replaced
- Kitchens and rooms rebuilt when the damage reaches inside
