Our approach
A bathroom is a small room with a lot of trades in it: demolition, framing, tile, plumbing, electrical and paint. We do most of that work ourselves. We schedule the rest, so the room comes together in the right order and one person answers for it.
Plumbing and electrical go to licensed trades we work with often. On most remodels their work runs under our permit, so you are not chasing three contractors.

Common questions
Yes. One bathroom is a normal job for us, and it gets the same care as a whole-house remodel.
We stop and show you what we found. We explain the options and the cost, and only go ahead when you say so. Nothing is added to the bill without your approval.
Licensed trades we use often. We schedule them, and on most remodels their work runs under our permit, so you deal with one contractor.
