- We build it. Owner on site, daily cleanup, and a call if anything changes. Done when you are happy with it.

Usually yes. We seal off the work area, keep a path clear, and plan noisy or dusty days with you ahead of time.
We stop, show you what we found, explain the options and the cost, and only proceed when you say so. Nothing is added to the bill without your approval.
Yes. A single bathroom or a laundry room is a normal job for us. Size does not change the care we put into it.
